Today on our 2014 Chevy Suburban we'll be test fitting the Max Tow Tow Strap Loop for 2" hitches, rated at 10,000 pounds, part number MT70029. This tow ring let's you attach a recovery strap, cable, or rope, which is sold separately, to be used in agricultural, industrial, or recreational applications. We'll begin our test fit by sliding the shank of the tow strap loop into the opening of our hitch. We'll then line up the pinholes and install our pin and clip. Keep in mind that the pin and clip are sold separately. MaxxTow Tow Strap Loop Review - 2014 Ram 2500- Video
Today, on our 2014 Ram 2500, well be test fitting the Maxxtow Tow Strap Loop for 2 inch hitches, rated at 10,000 pounds, part # MT70029. Our vehicle is equipped with a 2 1/2 inch hitch, so we'll be using the Blue Ox Hitch Reducer Sleeve from a 2 1/2 inch to a 2 inch, this is part # BX88187. You can use this heavy duty hitch mounted shackle as an attachment point for strap, cable or rope, and can be used in industrial, agricultural, or recreational applications. We'll begin our test fit by simply sliding the shank of this tow strap loop into the opening of our adapter. We'll line up the 2 pin holes and then slide the adapter back into the hitch. We'll insert in a pin and secure the clipping in the side. Keep in mind that the pin and clip are sold separately. With it installed, that'll complete today's test fit of the Maxxtow Tow Strap Loop, part # MT70029, on our 2014 Ram 2500. . more

We'll unthread the threaded pin there and remove it. more

Today on our 2013 Dodge Ram 1500, well be test fitting the MaxxTow Tow Strap Loop for Two Inch Trailer Hitches rated at 10,000 pounds, part number MT70029. Now before I begin our test fit, we will first need to obtain the hitch height of our vehicle. This is the measurement from the ground to the inside top of the receiver tube. The hitch height for this vehicle is about 20 inches. Now this measurement may vary due to tire size, hitch style or any other aftermarket accessories. To begin our test fit, well simply insert the tow strap loop into the receiver end of the hitch, lineup our pinholes and secure it with the pin and clip. The pin and clip is sold separately.
